Certified Game Server Provider
So what's Game Server Host all about?
This site was built for everyone (Players & GSP's), weather you're looking for a new game server or having problems with the actual setup of one. This is the best place to look. Below is some information regarding the problems for players & GSP's.
For players
The problem that faces teams or clans today is they tend to think that every game server provider is the same quality, but this is far from true. Some GSP's (Game Server Provider) have great marketing to enforce you sign you up even for a month, but don't pass on the benefits they claim to the customers.
It’s best to check out our reviews or contact another clan and inquire about the provider, or who they use. Before you go signing up and possibly losing your money or being disappointed.
The targeted keywords are usually;
- Low cost (Cheap)
- Good ping (Low latency)
-
24/7 technical support
Just to touch on the 24/7 technical support, any GSP can offer this service but not live up to the fast support ticket replies. This which brings us to another point concerning support, I’ve seen a great deal of trouble coming from teams concerning “rego” or bullet registration.
Poor or no bullet registration can be caused by a number of factors including poor game server configurations, the actual user’s internet connection or finally the actual server it self.
So hopefully you’ve had a good read and learned something from this and HF GL with your gaming!
For providers
A problem that can face providers that if they're successful from first initiation is they reach full capacity of the resources. This is where GSP’s can run into problems, such as severe overloading which result in an unstable host.
To combat this GSP’s must purchase more services and optimise the resources they have if not done so already, this can be a very time consuming task and requires a platform which can handle the network expansion such as sufficient bandwidth. Which should touch on the actual routers that are routing the traffic. Game/Voice servers send and receive substantial amount of small data packets than normal web servers, thus applying more load on the network routers.
