Requirements

Background knowledge on Multicraft
Familiarity with WHMCS
Up to date with current Minecraft server information
Understand FTP/SSH
An Email address that is checked daily
Must be 16 or above

WHMCS

Responding to clientele and assist them with their wants and needs
Forwarding tickets to required departments
10 Hours of Registered work a week min - can be on at any time 24/7

Technical

Develop new ways to help resolve server and client's issues in an efficient and timely manner
Be highly adaptive and ready to learn about new methods and assests within the services we provide
Have a good attitude and motivation to help clients out everyday
Work with co-workers to assist and assess current skillsets to further improve your assets
Working on various 3rd party websites such as forums
Staying up to date everyday with emails and tickets

Multicraft

Optimizing servers to ensure quality and stability
Installing Mods/Plugins
Configuring plugins and mods
