ZAP-Hosting.com is hosting Gameservers, Teamspeak 3 Servers, Virtual Servers and Webspace since May 2010 and is now one of the biggest server providers in Germany. ZAP provides high quality support, which can be contacted via livechat, phone and our ticketing system 7 days a week from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM. A unique product from ZAP are our Minecraft Lifetime Gameservers. Only a one time fee is to be paid to host your Minecraft Server for a lifetime, without any incurring monthly fees. In April 2017 we released our new custom webinterface, the ZAP 2.0, with which many unique features like a wish box, affiliate system, community ad system, donation system and much more have been introduced. For all products customers can choose to pay anonymously using prepaid payments with no personal data being collected by ZAP.

Guest (6.2 years ago) Zap Hosting is simply the worst company I've ever experienced. They were recommended for FiveM servers so I signed up. After the Euro to USD conversion and a foreign transaction fee, I was in. The server took about 10 minutes to actual set up. Within that time, I realized their control panel was absolutely horrible and their site/communications were a large mix of English and German, frequently hard to understand. Within 15 minutes of my order, I politely requested a refund, citing their panel was confusing and hard to understand, not to mention it was in Germany. They refused and would only provide a credit to order MORE services with them, which completely nullified my reason for cancelling. I disputed the transaction with PayPal and won the dispute without ever hearing another word from them - even in the PayPal dispute, yet they continuously sent me German emails about a service that was suspended due to my dispute. Day after Day I got fully German or German/Engrish emails for a service I didn't have with a company I didn't want to business with. I reopened my ticket and asked if they would please close my account now that the dispute was settled. Their response was that I had to pay my open invoice, for a service I used for five minutes, and then they would close my account. I have no idea how they're in bed with the FiveM people, but this is your warning - they're a horrible company with horrible policies and horrible "support". PLEASE save yourself a huge headache and avoid Zap Hosting.

Guest (6.5 years ago) ACHTUNG!! Kein Guthaben einzahlen, nichts im Voraus zahlen. Obwohl es nicht in den AGBs steht wird das Geld einbehalten ob das Guthaben genutzt wurde oder nciht. Das geld ist alse weg. Was ZAP nciht versteht ist dass soetwas in illegal ist. Mein Tipp wegbleiben von ZAP

CAUTION!! Do not deposit credit, do not pay in advance. Although it is not in the AGBs is the money withheld whether the credit was used or nciht. The money is alse away. What ZAP nciht understands is that something is illegal. My tip away from ZAP
