Might be worth contacting a few local hosts to see if they can set this up for you, as it's an old game you may struggle to find one that does it on the "standard" line of games.

From my understanding Game Servers are the only provider who have DayZ servers in Australia.

Hi,
DayZ requires a lot of resources to run as you might know so not many hosts have boxes up to run DayZ mod yet, you could try renting your own dedicated server and installing the mods yourself.
